At Finger Lakes Pet Resort each dog and cat is assigned to a private suite. Unlike other boarding facilities, we don't have chain link kennels. Your best friend stays in a solid paneled suite equipped with a fold down bed, soft bedding, a fresh bowl of water and fresh food bowl.
Ambient music plays softly during quiet times to help your pet relax and catch some much needed Z's after a fun day.
Our Safe and Secure Pet Resort
Our facility has two separate HVAC systems to keep your pet comfortable. Each system is equipped with Ultraviolet Light chambers to kill airborne germs.
We love your pets and want them to have the best possible stay with us while you are away. We implement protocols to enrich the experiences of the pets who stay with us including chews, sensory wraps and aromatherapy. Personal attention goes into each and every pet's stay.
Our exercise options provide mental and physical benefits for your pet, giving them a fun and safe environment in which to play, fetch, walk, splash and train.
We offer multiple playrooms and yards where dog-friendly dogs are assigned to play groups based on temperament and play style.

Our daycare program is available 7 days a week for your dog to play the day away. Puppies as young as 9 weeks of age can join our daycare program.
Positive reinforcement training classes are available in a group setting. We offer puppy training, basic obedience, fun classes and agility training to help you raise a happy, healthy and active dog.
We are open 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for your pet care needs.
